My office is in Lee's Summit, an easy drive from anywhere in eastern Kansas City. I work with couples, families, kids, teens, and adults — and offer telehealth across Missouri so you don't have to drive in if you'd rather not.
Finding a good therapist in the Kansas City metro is harder than it should be. The major systems have long wait lists. A lot of practices have closed to new clients. Many therapists don't take insurance. And the ones who do take insurance often have months-long waits.
I'm Justin Puch, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the founder of Summit Ridge Counseling. I run a solo practice — which means when you book with me, you actually work with me, not a rotating cast of associates. I take most major insurance, and I'm currently accepting new clients.

Insurance & Pricing
In-network with most major KC-area insurers.
In-network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, GEHA, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City. Most clients pay $0–$40 per session after insurance. Private pay rates: $135 individual, $150 couples and family. Out-of-network superbills available.
